The Global Charity Association uses its own best efforts to protect the privacy of our online visitors and donors.

• Use of Donor's information
We do not sell or rent our user's personal information to third parties for any purpose whatsoever. You agree that we may use your personal information to improve our service offerings and that we may use your personal information to contact you and deliver information to you that directly or indirectly relates to our services, such as details required by credit card or PayPal donation processing companies, administrative notices, our product offerings and communications relevant to your specific use of our non-profit service. By accepting the Privacy Policy, you agree to receive and share this information.
GCA will never sell donor postal mailing addresses and/or e-mail addresses with third parties!

• Age of donors
GCA does not enter into agreements or accept donations from persons under the legal age of 18 years. GCA requires that donations be made between persons who are 18 or more years of age. If you are under the age of 18, you may use our GCA site in conjunction with and under the supervision of your parents or legal guardians and you may use the site as a volunteer only, not a donor. We cannot and will not be held accountable for any liabilities that may arise from the use of our site by persons whom are under the legal age.

• Sessions, cookies and logged files
Members know that their sessions will be tracked and that the GCA network collects anonymous information passively, using cookies. The GCA web site also logs IP addresses and browser types for system administration purposes. All GCA members' data will be used only as decribed in this Privacy Policy.

• Third party service providers
GCA, like any other company, is dependent on third party service providers. Third party service providers (for example: credit card processing company or PayPal) are prevented by formal agreements from using information received from GCA for any purpose other than those defined by GCA.

• Limitation of liability/Know your risks
We have many different security techniques to protect data from unauthorized access by users inside and outside the company. You as a user agree that '100% security' does not exist on the Internet. GCA has no responsibility to Members or third parties for any data loss, damages, omissions, interruptions, mistakes, errors, defects, delays in operation or transmission, viruses in the server or any failure of GCA computer equipment and bears no responsibility for any expenses that may result in such cases.

• Law which is applicable
Global Charity Association (GCA) organization founded as a Delaware 501(c)(3) corporation registered under the Internal Revenue Code of the United States as a tax deductible Nonprofit Public Charity Organization. Connected with this and all arrangements, agreements and privacy policy terms shall be interpreted and applicable by the law and judgment of the State of Delaware, USA.

• Updates
GCA Privacy Policy may be revised from time to time with or without your consent. When such changes occur, the updated policy will bear the new revision date at the end of the GCA Privacy Policy.
